What is hydradermabrasion?

It is a mild resurfacing treatment using physical and chemical exfoliation to slough off the dead skin cells on the uppermost layer of the skin to bring about younger looking skin.

It does not consist of any manual pricking; instead an innovative is used to simultaneously infuse the skin with a solution to allow for easier extractions.

What happens after?

Skin is thoroughly hydrated and infused with various antioxidants and your suggested serum.

Skin is clear of any dead skin cells, evident blackheads, excess sebum and oil.

New skin will regenerate at a faster rate, revealing less pigmentation and congestion.

Pre-treatment

Before proceeding, please ensure that for the idicated duration, you have not done any of the following:

24 hours:

  • No facial waxing or tweezing

3 days:

  • Have not used any strong chemical peeling product such as: glycolic acid, lactic acid, salicylic acid

  • Have not used any whitening roducts containing: Kojic acid, hydroquinone

1 Week:

  • Have not done any laser treatments

  • No Retin-A, Retinol or Tretinoin

2 weeks:

  • Are not sunburnt, peeling from sun exposure

4 weeks:

  • Have not done any ablative laser procedures, chemical peels, dermabrasion or microdermabrasion

What is Pixel Laser Resurfacing?

A high powered Ebrium: YAG Laser which causes ablative micro columns (removal of skin tissue) in the skin through a fractional manner. This allows your skin to heal faster and stimulate collagen production. This significantly improves:

  • Skin texture
  • wrinkles
  • pigmentation
  • scars
  • pore size

Pre treatment

Before proceeding, please ensure that for the indicated duration, you have not done any of the following:

What happens after?

Right after:

  • Redness and tiny pixelated white dots across the area

2 days after:

  • Sunburnt like appearance

4 days after:

  • Dead skin will begin to flake

7 days after:

  • Glowing and tighter skin!

After Care

Do's

  • Sunscreen with minimum SPF 30 should be used everyday
  • Apply aloe vera gel to sooth the skin
  • Keep the area dry for 24 hours
  • Always apply moisturizer to the area after cleansing to prevent dry skin and micro peeling
  • Cleanse skin with water for the first night and morning after

Don'ts

  • Avoid sun exposure to the area for 2-3 weeks
  • No friction or excessive sweating for 2 days.
  • Avoid using makeup for the next 24 hours.
  • Do not try to remove or scrub the scabs forcefully.

+ Laser Whitening

What is Laser Whitening?

We use a QS Nd: YAG laser to break down the pigment in the desired area with five different hand tips to target different depths of the skin.

Once pigment has been broken down, it will be absorbed and passed through the body and then released.

Pre treatment

Before proceeding, please ensure that for the indicated duration, you have not done any of the following:

24 hours:

  • No facial waxing or tweezing

3 days:

  • Have not used any strong chemical peeling product such as: glycolic acid, lactic acid, salicylic acid
  • Have not used any whitening roducts containing: Kojic acid, hydroquinone

1 Week:

  • Have not done any laser treatments

What happens after?

  • You will experience mild blushing, warm skin and white vellus hair, which are all normal and temporary reactions.

  • It is possible to experience small red bumps, or acne form eruptions. These are uncommon but normal and temporary.

  • If any symptoms persist, please call us or return to our branch.

How many sessions do I need?

This is dependent on:

  • Skin Condition
  • Scarring Severity
  • Pigment Severity
  • Pain Tolerance
  • Consistency

On Average, around 10-20 sessions are recommended to see best results.

Aftercare

Do's:

  • You may wash the area with water immediately
  • Rest the area for atleast 4-6 hours if warm water will be used

Don'ts:

  • Do not apply soap, deodorant or lotion within 24 hours.
  • No friction or excessive sweating within 24-48 hours.
