How to Beat an Afternoon Beauty Slump

When you’re at the office, sitting on your chair for 8+ hours can actually misalign your spine and can tire your eyes, fingers and back. To increase blood flow, try going for a walk or do some desk squats. Repeat a few times and you should be good to go!
