To bed at 10 p.m.

sleep

“Sleep early” may sound like a cliche to you, but there’s a reason why you need to sleep early. The truth is, this is not about how much sleep you invest, but WHEN you invest. Our bodies are systematic, it regenerates at a certain time - around 10 pm to 2 am. So you need to be getting your zzz’s during these hours for you to feel and actually be rejuvenated. Ever wonder why you still feel tired and why you breakout when you sleep really late at night despite the 8 hours of sleep? Slay the “I woke up like this” selfies by allowing your body to take its natural course.

Switch to silk pillowcase

Aside from changing your pillowcase atleast once a week to prevent build up of bacteria and dirt that will cause future breakouts, we suggest you switch to a silk pillowcase. Not only does it help maintain good looking tresses, but it won’t rub your HG moisturizer from the surface of your skin, and it won’t leave creases on the face.
