How Often Should You Mask?

Masks are probably one of the steps we look forward to the most when it comes to our skincare regime. It’s fun to use-- you can’t help but take the silliest (or fiercest, however you prefer your photos) selfies when you’re wearing them. At the same time you get to treat your skin to an extra boost of good nutrients. But, it is also important to know how often we should put on our favorite face masks to get the best results.


What are the different kinds of masks?

Masks come in all different formulas and applications. Korean face sheets contain generous amounts of vitamins and minerals for the skin and are to be removed for a certain amount of time ranging from 15-20 minutes. Gelatin types are those that are applied on the skin and dries up to peel easily in a few minutes, as well as masks that are meant to be washed off.


How often should I use a face mask?

The amount of times per week that you should use a face mask purely depends on the type of mask and also what your skin needs. Here’s when you can use face masks depending on your skin type:

Dry Skin

Dull Skin

Achieving Youthful Glow That Comes From Within

Maintaining a healthy glow throughout the years may be a challenge, but taking it one step at a time can slow down the ageing process. Every little effort counts, and you can still have that youthful skin even when the times seem to fight against you.


Sleep is NOT for the weak
