+ Modern Facial

What is Modern Facial?

This is the facial that won’t leave your skin blotchy and red. It does not consist of any manual pricking; instead, an innovative machine is used to chemically exfoliate the skin to allow for easier extractions.

Also known as hydradermabrasion, it is a mild skin resurfacing treatment using physical and chemical exfoliation to slough off the dead skin cells on the uppermost layer of the skin to bring about younger looking skin.

What can the Modern Facial do for me?

  • Skin is thoroughly hydrated and infused with various antioxidants and your suggested serum.

  • Skin is clear of any dead skin cells, evident blackheads, excess sebum and oil.

  • New skin will regenerate at a faster rate, revealing less pigmentation and congestion.

Does it tighten the pores?

It gives the appearance of tighter pores but our treatment for shrinking pores is our Pixel + Clearlift.

Does it treat deep scars?

It does not-- only our Pixel Laser Resurfacing can do that ;)

Can I have a Modern Facial if I currently have cystic acne?

Yes, as we can control the facial process to fit your current skin concerns, but we highly suggest that you consult first with our skin therapists. Also, if it is done at regular intervals, it can help dry up pimples, and lessen breakouts.

To what skin types is the Modern Facial best for?

Our Ultimate Modern Facial is suitable for all skin types , even for those with sensitive skin. It is also a great treatment, regardless if you are a skincare newbie, skincare explorer, or skincare enthusiast. This is because our skin therapists are skilled in customizing the facial process to personalize it depending on what your skin needs the most (and needs to avoid) at that moment.

What service/s can I avail of along with the Modern Facial?

Quick Modern Facial + Pixel Laser Resurfacing = an even more glowing and smoother skin, free from skin texture, acne marks and fine lines

Quick Modern Facial + Clearlift = refreshed skin with reduced appearance of pores, fine lines, wrinkles.

How long will the treatment be?

The Quick Modern Facial only lasts for 30 minutes, while the Ultimate Modern Facial requires 60 minutes.

When should I repeat the treatment for maximum results?

The Ultimate Modern Facial recommended interval is every two weeks. For those with sensitive skin, the recommended interval is every four weeks.

Will one session be enough to achieve youthful looking skin?

+ Ultherapy

What is Ultherapy?

Ultherapy is an FDA-approved non-invasive procedure that uses micro-focused ultrasound energy to lift and tighten loose skin. It stimulates the formation of new collagen deep below the skin surface and incorporates traditional ultrasound imaging to allow clinicians to “see (the targeted area) & treat” at the same time.

What can Ultherapy do for me?

Tighter, younger looking skin guaranteed. New collagen production over time is also one of its benefits.

Who is Ultherapy for?

Anyone from early 20s to late 70s can receive Ultherapy treatment. A good candidate for this are those wanting to get rid of smile lines, worry lines, crow’s feet, turkey neck, sagging chin, neck folds, and turn all these into youthful eyes, lifted brows, more defined chin & neck, sculpted cheeks, and contoured jaws. Or if you just want to maintain the current youthfulness of your face.

Who cannot receive Ultherapy?

  • Individuals with open facial wounds or lesions

  • Severe or cystic acne on the face and/or neck

  • It has also not been evaluated for those with:

  • Patients on anticoagulant treatment plan

  • Children, pregnant women, breast-feeding women

  • Those with active skin disease that may alter wound-healing

  • Bleeding disorder

  • Herpes Simplex Virus

  • Autoimmune disease

How should I prepare before the treatment?

  • The length of the treatment depends on the area being treated. A face and neck treatment typically ranges from 30 – 90 minutes.

How will my skin look like after the treatment?

  • There may be skin redness that should disappear within a few hours.

  • Some may experience slight swelling, tingling or tenderness to touch within 3-72 hours after the treatment, but these are just temporary.

  • Other less common effects are temporary bruising or numbness on some areas of the skin which may need 2-4 weeks recovery time.

  • As with any other treatments, you can visit our branch if any symptoms persist.

When should I repeat the treatment for maximum results?

For those aged 20-40, ideal number of treatment is once a year, while for those 50-70 years old, twice a year may be recommended. However, the person’s collagen production and their body’s response must also be considered.

When can I expect to see results?

The results vary from person to person as it depends on the person’s own collagen production and natural aging process. You may see tightening immediately after the treatment, while many patients experience actual lifting in just 70 days, and the maximum lifting effect will be seen within 2 to 3 months after the procedure.

How should I properly maintain my skin after the treatment?

Immediately After:
