• All our rooms and store surfaces are cleaned and sanitized after each treatment

• Simply Skin stores are equipped with UV air purifiers, protective panels, and smoke evacuators (which capture fumes from laser procedures).

• Increased frequency of cleaning and disinfection for all common areas and backrooms.

• The number of appointments is limited for controlled in-store foot traffic. Social distancing stickers are also in-store.

• Simply Skin does not reuse treatment tools without replacing, sanitizing, or sterilizing them.

• Our treatment bed covers are replaced with a fresh one after every treatment

• Your trusted skin experts are equipped with complete personal protective equipment (PPE Suit, Protective Eye Goggles, Surgical Face Mask, and Gloves).

• Daily staff health checks are done throughout the day and any store employee who exhibits any symptoms are asked to recover home immediately.

• Schedule your appointment through our online booking system or via Phone/SMS/Email of your preferred branch. Walk-ins are welcomed, but we highly encourage to book ahead to ensure a slot.

• Companions will not be allowed to wait inside the store.

• We will have to ask that you reschedule to a later date if you've experienced the following:

- Experienced any symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, respiratory illness, difficulty breathing within the last 14 days

- Had close contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 within the last 14 days

- Had close contact with anyone who experienced fever, cough, sore throat, respiratory illness, difficulty breathing within the last 14 days

• Coming into the store with a mask is optional for vaccinated clients. We will understand and respect what brings you peace of mind in Our Spaces.

• We'll be taking your temperature via contactless thermometers. If your temperature is 37.5C+, we will have to ask you to reschedule your appointment and go home.

• Sanitation stations are available upon your entry and exit.

• Cashless payments (GCash, Paymaya, Debit/Credit Cards) are highly encouraged. You may also show us your email receipt. Cash, installment payments (when eligible) and printed receipts are still available upon request.
